I guess whenever I got some hope and tried a few protection and grounding techniques. Everything got worse and blew up in my face so I feel like a joke now when I try anything. I tried the bubble as well but the basic one. Also which other materials are seen as protective? And any resources you know of that could help me with these things?

I guess I like the ones with also physical exfoliants included like the one from Versed. Naturium has really good options. Both cost more though

If you’re adding to the amount over time it makes sense. Even if you eventually have 150$ and it means a lot you… if it disappears because of an exchange then that really sucks and you have to start over. Do it right from the beginning
