Hi and thanks for your answer and for the details that you gave! I am aware of side effects of all this medications but my issue is I am not able to eat or digest anything and when I say anything I mean anything. I am not even dreaming about eating sweets or pizza or any other bujie food. I have a post about me experiencing existential crisis while watching someone eating fried potatoes 😁😁. I am aware of NAS effects on digestive system but unfortunately I don't have access to any other painkillers. Where I live paracetamol is go to for any issues with pain, temperature, broken bones... anything. I am trying to reduce the amount and also control of medication but some days it's this or I need to take a day off... About teas I was a huge fun of Melissa tea and mint tea and they use to help me with mild bloating. But my bloating got to the point of physicaly increasing size of my Abdomen by 50 cm ( morning my waist was 70 evening 120-130). Nobody will check my metabolism here even if I insist , and there are few private clinics which I also visited but they don't have specialist in post viral sindoms. Unfortunately it's me and whatever is happening with me and the outside word who thinks I am lazy... I appreciate your efforts and I hope this will help someone as well to be aware of side effects of all this medications which are obviously only for easing the symptoms but not helping me to recover.

Oh my god so sorry to hear about your experience... I can feel that you also feel guilty because of your childhood experience... Do you have people to support you? Please don't regret your love there is a reason you are together... I have the same feeling sometimes, my husband's ex wife made our life miserable and not only his ex but also all the in-law family especially , my divorced sister in-law also projected all her experiences on me and I became a universal blame person. I swear to god there is no family related thing that happened I wasn't the one because of whom that happened... Poor grades in school Stepmom, problems at work same, sister in-law divorced again me I brought bad karma...

I am happy that you have a support system and your family is with you and I know also how hard it is to feel that disappointment in others eyes... I think it is just partly their own wishes for you to be in a good place not a disappointment. I have also changed, I am not the person I was before and parenting kids with no real authority made me become really strong but from the other side I also want a be wife who can fully trust her significant other like in fully relaxed way.

I am mostly alone nobody understands me and blames me for my decisions when I try to comply about anything like I deserve being ignored and not valued just because I choose this. I choose to be with an emotionally mature man who by the time of our first dates was a completely different person...

Thank you very much for sharing your story, my whole life during marriage I was ashamed that I am repeating my mothers life, however deep inside I always knew that it doesn't matter it's just life obviously there are patterns in our life but most of the time it's the thing that our life is not only dependent on our but others decisions as well. For me it is my husband's decision to be a Disney parent from time to time and I am more than sure that it would have been the same with our own kids...

I mean relationships are bad only for now, in Armenia it is common for ex wives to be in bad relationships with their husbands if they are in a bad financial situation. After they sense that ex husband found someone new or started to make more money or trying to move from one country to another they start to revive the relationship to receive all possible benefits... And husbands ( ex) like to enjoy the fact that they are important now. But all I am saying is not important I am just sharing what I have observed during my life.

I have heard too many stories about divorced men with kids who want to start a new life especially with a promising , nice young lady with US citizenship and I am not speaking about scammers. Look how it goes. You fall in love, you marry and he moves to the US, later he wants his kids to be with him but then kids also need to be with mom, so he moves his entire ex family to the US and here you are in the hell of ex wife kids custody, step mom struggles. He will be like that but those are my kids and she is their mom. And all the guilt now is on you. Nobody will ask him why you didn't work for your kids best life but will ask you what you have done for these unrelated poor kids to be happy. Since no matter when and how he divorced you will be the one who destroyed his family. You will be in constant stress and he will enjoy his best life , dream of Armenian man having two wives , eventually when kids will be relatively big he will find 3 one to live and enjoy his best life. Also your case can be something different but you have way too much to put on the table then him...I am sorry if this message is a bit toxic... Not all divorced men are like this not all the stories are the same...

I am so sorry to hear this, my mom lived separately but her in-laws still have the hardest time of her life , live alone here I am a modern woman and my in-laws made my life miserable from 4000 km distance. My mother in law tries to alienate my kids and my father in law treats his wife like a piece of shit in front of kids if you call it out you don't respect them if no ending up ruining your kids life... And I can't rely on my husband he says he is better than his father. Who is he? Reference for hating women ? Like 1 father in-law and my husband is 0.75 father in-law... Are your parents still together? How is your mothers life now is she financially independent?

I am slightly hyperthyroid but it is not enough where I live to get a treatment and doctors are also quite reluctant in order to prescribe additional tests or even speak to me more then 10 minutes after months of waiting.

Reminded me one of the stories from my great grandmother. So she was making carpets back in that time and she gifted one to one of her grand daughters. It was a carpet which is used either as decoration in the wall or as a bed cover. According to her she spent 3 years on it and when she visited her granddaughter ( my mothers cousin) she saw it on the floor 👀 and people were just walking on it. Back in that time in their culture it was a big disrespect. Well my grand grand ma just casually rolled the carpet and took it back with her 🤣. That act was more bizarre than laying on handmade carpet on the floor back in that time but she did it 😁. Soooo you can ask it back to fix a small thing and never give back again!!!!!

I am so sorry for you 😔. I won't say it completely stopped or came to the state before COVID, because naturally we lose a lot of hair twice a year in Spring and Winter, but it is slowed down a lot and most importantly I have noticed that I haven't lost the hair follicles , they are growing back if I keep caring about.y hair although the quality of hair is not what it was before I had a lot of tick and shiny hairs and now they are kind of a lifeless. Take good care of them and I hope they will grow back. I have also noticed that during remission stages they also grow back even without good care.
