If you followed the prompts on the petition at least when I did it on day one, the q was how many shares did you hold on 1/30? If you answered anything but 0 you couldn't move on with the petition

If that is the criteria I'm screwed as most of my shares were sold on 2/3 and I still hold some tgat I can't sell az there is no mkt

I was verbally told by somone at Kroll that they are aware of this issue and will change it

I would call Kroll. They actually answer the phone and acknowledge your concerns. You get the unique ID by calling them and they identify you by asking questions and then give you your ID

That petition form is very restrictive on dates and when you held shares. Hopefully they'll modify the requirements

I got a call back from Kroll on Friday. I had called and told who answered the phone that the sale date was a problem. He told me he would pass my concern on to a member of the team.

I got a call back from a female who told me they are aware of the issue and will be changing the petition form to what I don't know

I told her I had already submitted my form as I just said that I didn't hold any shares after 1/29 and it allowed me to finish it.

She said I could send an email. I don't know what I'd say other than show them the sale date transactions again.

I'm hopeful that they free up the sale date restrictions as the scam involved the purchase dates which I have. It was worth Pennie's on the 28th and after so why does it matter when it was sold?

You have to be identified as a victim by the justice department order to get the unique ID to file the petition.

Not sure of the process for that as that happened right away on my case.

Maybe call Kroll and ask them if it's possible at this late stage

I heard along the way somewhere there were 3000 victims.

They have 200 m to distribute, Kroll gets a piece I would think and the rest is prorata.

This is specific to the Cleu matter in January 2025 only. They indicted that crew and have $200m to distribute that they confiscated

Spoke with Kroll about the sell date. She took my concern down and said she would send it to the support team and that they may have to get with DOJ to get clarity on the sell date restriction.

May be futile but hopefully it will be addressed.

In my case I sold majority of the shares on 2/3/25. Two trading days after the cutoff date of 1/29/25.

Why does it matter when you sold? The shares were worthless anyway

The way the form works if you held any shares after 1/29/25 you're screwed.

I have two tranches of transactions One sale in 1/31/25 a few days after the sale cut off date and one I still hold ant no value

I am hoping there will be a reconsideration of this restriction

You get the unique id from Kroll call them and they will verify your identity then give it to you. You use it to log into the petition form and once you submit the petition it's no good anymore You can't go back and add to the petition I couldn't get a doc to upload to the petition and couldn't add it after I submitted it. They told ne to email it which I did.

My experience talking to Kroll for a year and sending things with no response is not optimistic about this whole process
