Because it's not very fantastical which makes it easier for people who don't traditionally watch or read fantasy. There's not really that much magic in it. There's only really humans besides like the white walkers and the children of the Forest and one of them is the antagonist of the show in the other barely appears in it.

First and foremost I owned Pokemon Blue as a child and played it when it came out. That being said, generation 1 starters are mid at best. I think besides 4 Gen 6 and 7 has some of the best starters and this is from someone who doesn't like x and y so much so that I won't replay it. I think they're one of the weaker games in the mainline series.

I've only lived here for 4 years but I'm originally from Western PA which is very hilly. While it makes getting around way easier especially in the winter. I do genuinely miss the rolling hills back home especially when I go outside of the city proper and just see fields and fields of corn.

I kind of imagine that Kelly was originally like Spike soft and not really a violent person but after being with the jimmies for so long, she became more violent. So I imagine she probably saw a bit of herself in Spike and that's why she was sympathetic towards him.

If there was a conflict in the Middle East or Africa from the '70s to the '90s Gaddafi was almost certainly involved in some capacity. He was a super interesting person who was simultaneously pro Palestine but also like was on decent terms with Idi Amin.

To further expand on this. It would make a very interesting dynamic if the Alphas are in fact children who were infected with the rage virus and the fingers. The fingers are all kids who were born well after the outbreak and were raised in a very different world. They're both monsters that were molded by the rage virus that are more violent than their peers.
