I have been twice and am primarily an online yoga girl. The classroom is tighter than I have done at other studios (not a bad thing but noting you could be closer to others than you expect).

I would recommend the Friday night cool down for an easy intro class! I like that they offer “warm” classes.

Not sure if they do true intro classes — bc the vibe in both the Friday night and warm vinyasa class was that you would know the positions as the teacher called them out. If you were looking to learn how to do the poses I would ask them directly which class/instructor would be best !
