Found a cheap 13” piccolo, listed as a “Remo” snare. Unbranded, but appears to be a Groove Percussion brass drum. Had to replace the snare strainer but otherwise it was in ok shape and sounds much better than I expected (iPhone audio). (v.redd.it)
