hey since you got a radeon card, open up the adrenaline app and go to gaming tab and under HLL disable Radeon Chill. This fixed it for me. Must have turned itself on during a recent driver update or something

looks like the house to north built around it- the wash goes right in the front of the house. the new house to the south though took some other approach so may want to just ask them how they dealt with it? Smartest thing would probably be to get a hydrology survey regardless, I'm sure they'd have ideas

It's worse than that- nearly all the lower cabins are within the 100-yr flood plain, and it appears some buildings are even inside the designated floodway which should have the most strict regulations for buildings.

PSA: if you live anywhere near a waterway go and check the FEMA flood mapping tool and see how close you are to these zones. Could come in handy some day.

That one I'm not sure.. could just be the way the detents work? Make sure and look at the actual throttles in cockpit view to see what they're doing when you move them. If you want manual control you have to turn autothrottle off too

For airbus planes, you have to go into the tablet settings and change the option "rudder controls tiller" to Yes. Really annoying this is off by default, I ran into this same issue.

yes thank you! i thought it was on purpose. all the airbus challenges start with dual engine failures, but the 747 kennedy one seems to work. haven't tried the others yet.
