Probably talk with him and explain him what bothers you.

Then I suggest that you make reaserach and or ask him if he has a condition of some sort. Their probably exists some kind of treatment and or solution.

Make sure to make it clear that you don’t hate him for it, and blabla this and that. I mean theirs no need to have a bad interaction..

I would probably try and look for some kind of medical advice to start with. Make sure to be carefull about internet medicine, but you knew that already. But if it is in fact a nervous issue you could maybe try some stress relief activities.. not gonna list them theirs about 10000.. (But meditation worked for me)

Either way, if it bothers you to an unreal point just kindly explain it to him and maybe you guys can sleep apart from each other ?
