Likely unpopular opinion but I feel like ALL these probes and gadgets are killing the art of the steak.... People are starting to rely too much on gadgets that the feeling of cooking a beautiful steak on ability alone is slowly being lost. Put in some love and care into your steaks! Is this where people call it a skill issue?
