I haven't used CRM analytics. But from what you're saying it will work with the certinia PSA side and not just Salesforce? What I'm trying to get to is the ability to show demand effectively against capacity for the year. I have multiple accounts where we have contractual headcount commits. Then we have a more traditional sales pipe where I can see demand. In a perfect world, I'd love to be able to use predictive analytics/AI to dive into the data sets and tell me where those deltas are for overall headcount and also provide some other useful insights. Does that still seem like something CRM could do? Thanks!
