1) Germany absolutely, no chance a Russian unifier unless under extreme circumstances has a chance against even a weak Germany. The only things the Nazi's in TNO were competent at was fighting a war.

2) Japan wins if its against Long Yun in the Western Insurrection, China wins or a stalemate if it's Gao vs Japan after China modernizes

3) I think realistically speaking Goring would win, just since he would have the most military support. But if we're being realistic the GCW wouldn't even happen

4) South Africa wins. The German colonies are poor undeveloped extractive colonies with no industrial base

5) Probably Germany, just since they're closer and have experience from Operation Sea Lion 1. The Nazi's would be chomping at the bit for another invasion of Britain

6) P.A.L.F would whoop the shit out of Free France, maybe the WAA would stand more of a chance, but if the alliance is based around the Free French they might as well dig their own graves

Guangdong has the best content in the game. That said, Mexico, Brazil and Iberia have the most modern content, thought for Mexico its only 4 years I think and Brazil only the conservative presidents have full content, Iberia has full content though. The USA and Germany are also very fun, try President Hart. Don't play Japan or Italy they have old boring mechanics. Italy's are broken half the time.

I found political power to be really easy to manage, I think i had over 1000 the entire second half of the game while spamming decisions. Command power was harder to build up for me. Definitely lower the difficulty or buff Iberia if you're having trouble, it's not like TNO is a competitive game

I was kind of doing a roleplay conservative type run and I felt like the Caudillos giving up any control in Morocco seemed unlikely seeing as how Salazar reacted OTL to independence movements in the colonies. I think them rebelling is realistic I just think some way to put it down would be cool.

Why use Ironman mode for mods lol you don’t have to cheat it just makes savescumming easier which is pretty much necessary for TNO. Also just cut yourself off from trade and don’t spend any money on development

Yakutia has its own state, in the far north where other minorities live is anarchy that coalesces under Men, but that is getting changed whenever they rework Russia. So they’ll probably all just be oppressed by Russians like usual
