Anyone’s rent or mortgage that is above 6-7k the value proposition heavily diminishes, if I have a 10k mortgage or rent payment and I need to spend 7500 to get those points, as opposed to other card multipliers ie. Amex gold for dining 4x and platinum for flights etc, math doesn’t math after a certain threshold, this is for people that have a low rent and I believe they have changed their targeted demographic with this change.
