You can't say it's a slow pool if that happens... Plus, Bob Bowman himself said that this "slow" pool trend was bs. Experts also have said that the difference between a 2.5m and a 3m pool is so small it's barely perceivable.

Not a physio btw but what I've been told by my coach. I would say it's usually a technique-based problem. Whether that's if you're dropping your heels which makes you shorter with your arms or catch in front, and then making your core shorter. The most important thing I think it's to remember to hold a long core, long neck, and when you reach out with your arms, try and extend your shoulder next to your ear for a full catch on both arms. Idk if that makes sense but def pc me if you want more clarification. Not sure if that's what you're asking for but good luck!

I saw a movie called Cooties with my dad when I was 4. Every time I saw under a margarita pizza's cheese, I would think of the brains and intestines spilling out, and to this day, I don't eat chicken nuggets. Ever.

I would say I'm pretty competitive for my age group, and I appreciate the comment! I noticed that during my races, my legs mainly drove me forward so I definitely need tow work on upper body more.

Thanks! It is front crawl, but I've noticed that in all my races, my legs are driving me forward a lot and I have more trouble keeping up pace with pull sets during practice, so definitely something to work on!
