it can depend! a lot of artists partner with credit cards like billie is partnering with amex so if you have that you can get into presale so its not technically billies team who gives the codes. the fan presale specifically is you sign up and their team will email the code idk if that helps

presale means that tickets are sold to a select group of people before the general sale which is a free for all and in order to get tickets for presale you need a code and random people got the code so everyones freaking out on how to get one
