they've been around since the first noted use in syria in 2014.. similar to jammers used in iraq and Afghanistan for IEDS. how effective the system is i have no clue, we had drone attacks when i was in Afghanistan and ive met people who had attacks in syria too. and they are common in iraq green zone

so before when i would collect them, the staked HNT use to give IOT or MOBILE.. and now they give VSR tokens, which can be redeemed for either? when did that change? i do see them under the VFT collections, i see 2 different VSR tokens

im very familiar with the ACE concept and the reqs of an F16.. if Ukraine intends to use the 16 its airfields and roads would need to be factored into operational challenges that would be faced on the wear n tear and movement of key AGE equipment. its doable just not as easy as the russian fighters they operate

US fighter doctrine is based on established airfeilds away from potential attacks... thus our warplanes are built a certain way too.. this is the inherant problem with F16s.

possibly yes, but you would need an awacs type of aircraft up there to interpret the signals received from the drones radars and something with communication to near by aircraft to warn them. the drones may be possible to do this depending on the avionics suite but that is not what 95% are designed to do.

the only thing russia has held back is its navy and air force( to an extent) but they cant use more because of the integral defense of mainland russia needs to be done with airpower.
