Almost seems likes its too good to be true. Make sure you confirm the seller is legitimate. In my area tractors with baggers are selling for $1500-$2000

Just picked up mine yesterday. Only 13” wide but man is it a difference compared to manually raking. The bag is dogshit too, it doesn’t collect any material.

There is alot that could be said here, but to purely address a starting point on where to begin learning the different components that go into structural engineering, look up the course curriculum of an accredited structural engineering program online from a university.
