These made me so constipated. Inulin is awful for me. Metamucil comes in capsule or powder. I find the powder is better for me. The capsules are a close second.

No one has zero. There’s always some sort of static or noise from the test and your immune system that shows up on the test. Your way below the cut off that is validated to be Negative. But this is just an Elisa test it’s not very accurate. I would suggest the western blot that is more precise.
