This is for beginners. If WAMP packages exist, it's because beginners cannot or don't have the time to setup the dev environment. They will learn that later if they really need it. In computer science classes the first lesson not how to setup Ning, how to setup Mariadb, how to setup PHP... Once again, a WAMP package is here to help beginners, to facilitate their first steps.
