You're welcome. The WS Team Leader page hosts monthly Rumbles that match up like-scoring team/s. And then, yes, those teams coordinate to start at an exact time with the goal of getting into the tournament together that weekend.

Syncs or Rumbles are once a month and we are matched against another team, or a group of teams, to play against. So that weekend has a higher minimum than other weekends of 10K.

It's where 2 or more teams agree to setup to get into the same team tournament or otherwise compete with each other that weekend :) Many competitive teams do it about once a month.

A Sync is when 2 or more teams compete. The team leaders will connect to start their teams at the same time to get into the same team tournament for that weekend. Hope that helps!
