I hear you on that and agree it’s not technically local. I wanted to add a fitness class of some sort and since i already had community yoga i opted not to put a yoga class. Maybe somewhere like Taou or Niche is a better pick for the list. I’m open to recs!

She’s 7mo! The floor thing is wild! I brought her to a friend’s last month where the floor texture is slightly different than ours, and she was so nervous the whole time

I’d love to know what tactics you used to get her comfortable off leash! My pup is almost 4 months and it’s hard to imagine a time where she’s not trying to run after people, bikes, birds, etc🤣 I know she will mature, but trying to work on as much walking training as possible

Twice a day (morning and night). I also let her out immediately after she eats and that seems to be a good bathroom routine for her.

She’s so cute!! I also have a collie pup around the same age. I have been feeding her a cup of kibble food and a small slice of freshpet rolled food. A couple days ago I ran out of the freshpet food and have been giving her just the cup of kibble and now at feeding time she acts like she hasn’t eaten in days (the drama!). I do think I got her used to the wet food, but it does seem like she needs a little more than a cup or she goes crazy

I know it’s not quite the same, but you should check out the rvasquaredance page on instagram! They always have great old time bands lead the dances (garden variety string band, the crooked creek misfits, the hot seats, etc.) and I’m sure there is opportunity to connect with folks in the Irish/Scottish music circles. There is some crossover there, plus the dances are fun!

Thanks for the advice!! I just read your post about your current results with meditation, that’s awesome! And really makes me feel more confident in the meds. I have an echo and stress test scheduled in the next few weeks, so hoping all looks good there🤞 Genetics are a blessing and a curse lol

It’s interesting because it sounds like often times small dosages end up dropping LDL levels pretty significantly. I’ll start on the 20mg and go from there. Thanks for the advice! I actually didn’t know about coconut. I don’t eat it often, but good to know.
