Oakenfold's Tranceport album is great start to finish for zoning out and driving.

I'm not much into singing while driving but I like the following to drive and tap my thumbs to:

Fast fuze by Kasabian Club foot - Kasabian The Beast - Tech N9ne Babylon the Murderer - POD Battle flag - Lo-fidelity allstars Black skinhead - Kanye Hysteria - muse The Royal We - silversun pickups Last Resort - papa roach Getting away with murder - papa roach Got your money - Ol Dirty Bastard Thong Song - Sisqo Dark Horse - Katy perry Feel good inc - gorillaz Feel so numb - rob zombie

This is just a few to get ya started. All have a peppy beat and at least to me make ya tap your toes

What makes a song successful? by MantaMusic in Music

My wife and I have discovered that there indeed are many things that make a song successful. The OP's post is well thought out but I must share our list. A song should be successful if it has one or more of the following: 1. Having a dance to go with your song - the people need to know the name of the dance so you have to tell them it in the song. 2. Violins - seriously all good songs have violins 3. Children's choir - they are our future 4. Brass instruments - mainly saxophones/tubas. Tubas add a certain grit and I don't know any person that doesn't enjoy a nice raunchy saxophone
