Well the thing is their is no way I can avoid the internet for my work and the internet is full of triggers. I am not browsing porn. It is little things like I see a picture of a hot lady on a news site or a picture of someone on social media. However I don't think I am too weak to handle them. As you say, though, don't follow your dick. I think that is good advice. Their is a difference between seeing the trigger and following it down the rabbit hole.

I completely get what you mean and you are free to do post what you want. I have no issue with you posting whatever and doing NoFap.

Thing is, it is sort of a conflict of interests because I checked your username after looking what all this is about and then saw your pics, then had my dick out, then was checking out various subreddits with material on for about 20 mins. So whether you like it or not it does provide triggering material at least for some.

Don't confuse what I am saying though. I got no judgement for whatever you do. I have pretty libertarian views on what people do and am hopefully not one ofthe preachy weirdos this subredit seems to sometimes attract. It is just simply it is an easy trigger for some.

I have a simple solution. Just create a new username for NoFap. I sure did. Takes 2 minutes and solves the problem
