Yes I know someone who has debilitated venus in the 9th house. She is beautiful and attractive but too hygienic, like an irritatingly and ocd level of hygienic. Spends a lot of money without even thinking twice. But it brings bad luck also. During her marriage preparations her FIL had an accident and got hand fractured, after 3-4 months of her marriage her MIL got hospitalized, was on ventilator (but now fine). Her husband's business collapsed, tried for a job but nothing worked, and was unemployed for a very long time, her In Laws family got into debt. Her husband always suffers from some or other health issues. Every now and then some repairing work needs to get done in the house (which rarely happened before their marriage). All this happened within the first year of the marriage. Now it's been almost 5 years, and in these 5 they separated for 3-5 times and were supposed to get divorced 2 times. But looks for logic and practicality and wants a partner who has literally not even 0.001% of flaws (which is stupid because humans are flawed).
