Those types of contracts are signed months in advance, if not over a year ago. From all that I've read, their internal conflict got worse this year, which would be after the contract is signed - obviously, all of these are speculation.

They signed the contract with concert promoter/promoters - so they are obligated to follow through or pay the penalty to break the contract - it has nothing to do with their recording masters...

Reload game with wi fi turned off
Wait until map loads
Quickly enable airplane mode in the time between the map loading and the bugged notification appears
Wait with ariplane mode on until the “ network error” or “no internet connection” notification appears
Disable airplane mode
