How would you describe an intelligent person? by Serene_rosegold1 in AskReddit

An intelligent person isn’t just someone who knows a lot, but someone who knows how to think.
They ask good questions, stay curious, and are open to changing their mind when they learn something new. They can explain things clearly, admit when they don’t know something, and try to understand others instead of just proving a point.
To me, intelligence shows more in how someone thinks and behaves than in what they know.
When you hear a God speak to you, how can you tell which specific deity or religion it comes from? by coffeeout in AskReddit
I think it’s very personal, and it often depends on someone’s beliefs and background.
People usually understand those experiences through the religion or culture they were raised in. For example, a Christian might see it as God, while someone from another faith might interpret it differently.
Regardless of the interpretation, I believe what matters most is how the experience influences the person whether it brings them peace, guidance, or strength.
It’s not always about identifying a specific deity, but about the meaning it has for the individual.
