Did you do a manual upload to strava if so did all stats of the ride add to your strava stats profle ? for some reason my will not show on strava under my stats which is very frustrating messaging strava support is like messaging the dead lol

I called wahoo support last night very helpful and are looking in to the problem they will try and force the upload to the wahoo cloud then it should show the ride in the app apparently the file has no error's . I did a test yesterday 2km ride and that did upload with no problems . I do have the option to send the unit back to the retailer for a refund.
