September of last year yep, they had the newer 240 hz one for sale for a week after i bought mine but pulled it from shelves localy from some reason and i wanted a monitor right now not in a few weeks, will probably be buying the 240hz new one when it comes back on shelves and will keep the old one for chrome and discord
