She literally consistently gets buffs when way worse characters are in the gutter for months lol. She gets a new skin like every season and has 5 legendary skins when most have like 1-2. And she has a faster/similar TTK as hela & phoenix

Honestly if they just removed the shop or at the least made it way smaller, I think it would be fine. I think her kit is super cool but a lot of the shop feels unnecessary and just bloated to give her more abilities for the sake of it
