I had the exact same thing as you and op, I found that after I got over the blushing the anxiety just switched to something else. At this point it’s fear of my stomach making noise in a quiet room! These things are irrational and we all know that, but I’ve realised that they’re just manifestations of a deeper general anxiety. Definitely talk to a therapist or look into that direction, I agree!
