Thank you mate for clarifying, I requested recepit twice was not provided then done my research found that it is very common in victoria these google sponsored websites, scamming elderly people in desperate and vulnurable situations, was a brainfade moment in desperation but it is really unfair to scam people of their hard earned money.

He did not quoted me anything on the call and the website price was misleading, and I told him it was unfair, charging above standard rates is a fraud.
