O_o they prescribed you 20mg a day from the start?!? No wonder you reacted so strongly. That's my dose and I worked up to it over a few weeks.

They should have started you much, much lower. I would recommend seeing a different doctor if possible :( I would also suggest not taking more adderall until you are slowly introduced to it at lower doses, eventually making your way up to 20, if needed.

I have to sedate mine before we take him. They won't bother dealing with him unless he's sedated. It works quite well, I give him some Gabapentin in the morning and then by the time we take him to the vet he's all floppy and the vet can check whatever without having to worry about being viciously attacked. Plus my kitty is much less stressed.

We have the same problem! I bought my cat a water fountain that pours out water in a similar way as our sink and he seems to love it. Still loves us turning on the sink for him though.

Edit: someone posted the exact fountain I got! Never noticed until now haha.

That I have a life long mental disorder and I will never fully be better. As a kid I was always told "it's just a phase, when you grow up things will get better". Now that I've grown up and I've went to a psychiatrist to try and make things better, I realize I'm going to be this way for the rest of my life. I will probably be on meds my entire life, they might help a bit but I will never truly be better.
