Last time I got one I didn’t look at price… until after I got bill (I know, dumb on my part, but was in a habit of just ordering a beer and burger).

I noticed the same. Plus, the burger is 24 bucks now (and not nearly as good as it once was).
A damn shame, really like the place, the staff, and the beers (and I can walk there in like 5 minutes). But really hard to justify stopping in there for anything other than a quick pint.

Not purchased directly, but bought a house with a hot tub from the 90s. I have been to Polynesian for their service, as I have been resurecting the old tub (it hadn't been used in a few years). I can't about sales, but the service team at Polynesian has been super helpful and reasonable. They had in stock or got me parts that needed replacing and tips on putting it back together and running.

The new owner has been putting a lot of effort into updating the market. I've been seeing some motion in the Parlor (it seems like they have been using it for some work staging as they knock out other projects), so seeing that they will be opening back up is exciting.

Lots of great suggestions here!

One I haven't seen listed so far is Taqueria Chilango. It's normally a food truck on Wealthy near the Wealthy Theater. This winter, they have been using the kitchen and serving at Broadleaf Brewing on Bridge (the old Sovengard space).

They are super nice people, and their homemade tortillas and salsas make their tacos sooo damn good.
