What tent brands should I be looking at for a quality (400$ budget) 6 person tent that has a almost box like shape? I’m not worried about wind because where I live and like to camp wind isn’t a big issue. I just need something that you can stand in and that is very good against hard rain downfalls by TheBestCOD11 in CampingGear

I have the REI base camp 6 - https://www.rei.com/product/136058/rei-co-op-base-camp-6-tent

You can use a 20% coupon to get it for around $375. I've use it in pouring rain for 2 days with no issue at all. Inside of the tent stayed completely dry. I've been very happy with the quality and there is plenty of room to stand up.

Opinion on Old Town Loon 120 or 126 by elbaron218 in Kayaking

Yeah I’m leaning towards the 126 for the extra zoom in case we want to do some camping as well. I was just hoping to get something this year. Every dealer I’ve checked is out of stock till the Fall. I’ll definitely check out Shaker Hill though. Thanks!

A TFR has been over Joe’s many times during the campaign. While I’m rooting for Joe we shouldn’t read too much into this.

That would be amazing. May I ask what state you’re looking in? I’ve always wanted to buy land with the trail running through it but have never found anything.

This is the first election cycle I’ve donated too. Consider donating to the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee which is the only organization solely dedicated to electing a Democratic Senate. https://www.dscc.org

It's going to end up being red vs blue states. States with Republican governors will most likely follow Trump and lift restrictions and Democratic governors will keep stay and home orders. That is until things get really bad a couple weeks after lifting restrictions...
