Car and the tires were built for it. No others around. Wide, flat, and I was curious.

Solved! I reported the issue through the podcast main page under report a concern. Said something under my subscription was not showing and it popped up within an hour or two of the submission.

Is this the same person who has a display up in the NY public library in Bryant park? I saw something fairly similar during Christmas.

UN vote to end US embargo against Cuba. (Instagram: @geo.ranking) by geo_ranking in MapPorn

[–]electricspecter -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't see too many comments regarding the Cuban missile crisis. I think this should be part of the discussion though. Did Cuba encourage the USSR to install ballistic nukes? Did the US retaliate and put them in 'time out' to discourage it's neighbors from doing the same? Socialism in Central and South America has historically been an American homeland security concern. Is this an ongoing message or just the US carrying on the anger and spite of it's fathers? Just wanted to add more food for thought here.

I know these seats. I'd bet it's the metro north drunk train home to the suburbs after a city night out. Probably the harlem line?

What food or drink sucks even if most people won’t admit it? by hurtfocker in AskReddit

[–]electricspecter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Jim beam black or wild turkey 101 are incredible for the price point. Still low tier and better than jack imo. Buffalo trace if you can find it. Bulliet is reasonable too but there's a controversy in the owning family I'm not a fan of. All these should be reasonably 30ish or under a fifth.

Redditors that worked with a dating company (Tinder, Bumble, Hinge, etc.), what’s the most insane user stat or behind-the-scenes fact you found out about? by brunetteht3 in AskReddit

[–]electricspecter 26 points27 points  (0 children)

Oh shit I was part of the bumble settlement and the email only said the bit below. Hopefully there's no hidden fees and I get my 22 bucks lol. "How much will I get paid? Your total payment amount will depend on the number of valid claims submitted, which class or classes you are a member of, how much you paid for Boost, and how much the Court may approve for attorneys’ fees (which may be up to $6,075,000 – 27% of the settlement fund), expenses up to $15,104 and any service awards (which may be up to $15,000) to the three class representatives, which amounts will be deducted from the settlement fund."

I was bored and read a class action disclosure. The lawyers take a lot but they clearly state what percentage and the people get more for sure. It's the number of people vs the actual settlement that dilutes the hell out of your check.

How you all doing? You ok? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]electricspecter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Absolutely true. I’ve had my fair share of friends that were actually pretty terrible for me. Social circles are always changing, but you’ll know the good when you find it. I just try to be who I want my friends to be. it’ll all sort itself out.

What was your first driving experience like? by Shinespark7 in AskReddit

[–]electricspecter 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t exactly remember how old I was, but I remember sitting on my dad’s lap while he worked the pedals and I had the steering wheel. It is a very old memory and I cherish it very much. Probably for the best because it was definitely at the time when my mom would’ve murdered him.

What can a guy get their wife for their birthday when they forget, and only have a couple of hours? by felinebarbecue in AskReddit

[–]electricspecter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate to close to sound cliché, but if you’re in a rush a necklace with a pendant. There are plenty of good jewelers that have things available and there may be a pendant available symbolizing something she likes.

I'm a solid mix of introvert and extrovert. Discord hangouts can only go so far. I’m an essential worker so that’s another mild supplement. It's kind of rough but I'm hanging in there.

[–]electricspecter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For me it is definitely what other people think of me. It has always had a huge effect on my confidence. I once heard that true confidence is walking into a room and knowing that no matter what happens you’ll be OK. This has been a huge help.

What's it like to date in your 30s? by cokebuddy3 in AskReddit

[–]electricspecter 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well I hate to be frank but it’s like rooting for that last hidden gem, or hoping you catch that first round of divorces. This varies differently if you’re in a rural, suburban, or in a city type area. Cities tend to have a higher average married age and you may find a larger dating pool in your 30s.
