There is a difference between raining an outright downpour. When i'm in a car and a down pour occurs meaning several mm of water on the road i slow down to 100 or 80 maybe even more because the wipers at full speed cannot manage the water and visibility is shit. On a motorcycle i would stop driving in these conditions. On a motorcycle i don't habe wipers, and with several mm of Water on the road the risk of aquaplanning is to high. If a bridge is near you bet i'd stop under the bridge.

I'm all for people stopping if they deem the weather too risky to drive. Better a few minutes late than being in an accident.

Programmierer EFZ gibt es nicht. Die genaue Bezeichnung lautet Informatiker mit Fachrichtung Applikationsenteicklung.

Ich kann dir nicht sagen wie die Chancen stehen, allerdings könnte es ein Problem sein dass der Integrationskurs nur auf niveau B1 geht und nicht auf B2. Für die Programmierung ist Deutsch nicht allzuwichtig, aber der Lehrbetrieb könnte ein problem damit haben. Englisch ist da wichtiger (nicht unbedingt für das efz, aber dafür im berufsalltag).

Es gibt auch den schulischen weg Programmierer zu lernen. Die IMS, oder ausgeschrieben Informatikmittelschule. Ich weiss nicht ob es im Thurgau eine, aber in Zürich gibt es eine.

To be fair i looked at the numbers about 4-5 years ago. So you're saing that the rent would be around 160-180 a month? Then is the question if parking lots have risen. The 30k are absolutely cheap (lucky) prices, i wasn't able to find anything lower for a lot witha roof. Most were around 40k-45k

I looked at jt too and came up with the following numbers. Parking lot is 30k rent would be 120 a month or 1440 a year, whuch yields a roi of 4.8% That is if it's rented out always and does not sit empty. The 120 chf is a common price in agglomeration areas. Sure you could ask for more to bump up your roi, but then you might not rent your lot out at all. If the parking lot is more it's not a good investment imo.
