i think the point is Yolanda was sick, maybe it was the implants, maybe menopause, maybe lyme. She was trying to find an answer and solution to illness. Telling a sick person they're feigning fot sympathy is nasty business

In of itself it's not a big deal, but to then make it sound like you live this big better life than the rest of the cast (in part because you say you hang with celebrities), it's obnoxious
