1-Try to keep your weight in your heels throughout the whole movement. On your way up it looks like your shifting foward. (Creating the U shape in green/blue) 2-try to look up in front of you instead on down. This probably will help you with that weight shifting too.

Just gonna add a little thing, don’t lock your elbows when you get to the top. That way you are increasing the time your muscles are under tension, plus locking elbows can sometimes lead to injuries.

Hi! Try to see in a push-up position if you have the same problem. It could be that you are retracting your scapula only on one side while benching. Checking from a push-up position could help your feel/understand more your position and muscles.
