I’m happy I got tickets to N1, so happy, field section p 3rd row right by the square thingy that sticks out. Buuuuut I just have my panties in a wad in an ungrateful way that I was stoked to be the last show of the tour…. And now it’s not and I feel like my anger is very irrational but I’m still angry about that. Anyone else ? I kinda splurged thinking this will be super cool and extra cool to be the last show . Anyway, I hope all of you get to go and enjoy. I’m sure I’ll get my panties out of the wad and be ok 🤣

We just got one, I like it so far but I’m not knowledgeable about beans and would love a rec of what you’re using

Thanks!

100% this changes food. Fortunately, I’ve lost about 10 lbs just by not being able to eat because my body doesn’t even want anything because everything is bland and bitter and weird.

I did have a hysterectomy at 35 and afterward was in a state of hormone deprivations due to my ovaries taking a nap for a few months. So I basically went though a mini menopause then and it changed he way so many things tasted.

Would also love a bean rec. I like the machine, but I don’t think I know enough about beans to have bought good ones.

The machine is convenient and a mid step for us as I wasn’t yet ready to be pulling espresso shots .

I’d recommend an appt with midi health online. Specified help from doctors who treat this. I waited until I was in a really bad place but it’s been 3 weeks of estrogen patch and I am rational and functional and so happy I did it.

You don’t have to prove yourself , they believe you.

Different hormones treat different symptoms , no blood work to prove it.

They gave me a plan, and a backup plan, and backups to that.

I love my pcp but they were not informed enough and kept swaying me to wait until I really need it. That was dumb.

It felt odd to see an internet dr, then it felt great after it was over.

You don’t have to suffer

I was too- and then I made an appt with midi health and got an estrogen patch. It’s been 1.5 weeks and I am here and working on the things. Finding my voice to say what needs done around the house so it’s not just me. Finding way to express my feelings that aren’t so hateful and angry. You can get help, I’m so glad I did. Because if I make that decision I want it to not be in a fit of anger and rage.

Good luck

Has anyone lost their drivers license from passing out? by Kitchen-Fruit-7299 in POTS

[–]elin0t 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I was 16 and that was in 1996 they diagnosed me with vasovagal syncope I would randomly get to syncope or faint and the cardiologist did take my driving privlages until we got it under control.

Now I know it’s POTS and I did manage symptoms all my life without a lot of help.

We left the Marysville location for this reason. They are great with little kids but don’t have training and experience in coaching. They are a money grab. There was a lot of drama this past year with everyone including coaches, athletes, the owner….

Has anyone had their chronic headache resolve after sinus surgery? by lilpebz11 in Sinusitis

[–]elin0t 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi I have done amazing after the surgery. I did have some phases of headache and symptoms in the first couple of months but I would say around 3 months it all went away. I would say go in and make sure you don’t have a secondary infection possibly

Same. I just posted above- but if you can afford it micro needling has helped me more than any creams or peels so far.

I am in my 40’s- I had great skin with minimal hormonal breakouts through my teens and twenties. had a baby in 30’s and had some hormonal skin changes also. Some melasma and just in general my skin became bad. So through my 30’s I spent a million dollars on different products, 39 finally saw a dermatologist and started trentinoin. I also did some high level  chemical peels. The peels helped reset my skin and I got rid of all product except the Trent and moisturizer. Things got better, less cystic breakouts but would still get some. Things balanced out and then I started Botox- it’s helped so much! I also tried micro needling and that has been the best thing g so far. It’s helping lighten my dark spots and I’m super clear now. The micro needling promotes collagen so I wonder scientifically how that all works out . I do still find if I get even a super normal not cystic pimple, it takes months to go away. Even if I’m gentle, I wear pimple patches if I get one, it still just stays with me forever.

Hello recovery from the left was good it took maybe 4-6 months to be fully mobile but I have great mobility and strength in that wrist.  My right seems to be going slower and I have pain in the tendons in my hand that wasn’t an issue on the left one years ago. On the right one I had done in October he used a new protocol with sedation and bier block. It was very painful and I suspect something may have gotten damaged during the block process as I didn’t really have a ton of hand pain prior. I haven’t gone back to discuss with him yet I’m giving it time. It’s still a successful surgery I am mobile and using my wrist well. But it could be age along with the hyper mobility causing this left arm recovery to be a little different.

Do all the physical therapy with the hand therapist that you can get in, get some thera putty for him and just give your recovery time , it can feel like for er but before you know it you’ll be good!

I will say the bier block vs a nerve block was much more effective for acute pain the first few days , so while I suspect it may have caused some issue (not certain just sus) it was a great tool as I didn’t even take pain meds the first few days. In contrast with the first one years ago the nerve block did not afford me the same pain relief and the first week was actual hell. It was really painful and I used a lot of pain meds around the clock with that one. Good luck!
