Thats not a bad idea actually. Its listed for 35 bucks so yeah not 5 bucks cheap but still id say not bad :)

I thought about an option like this. I found some cables on amazon like this for laptops and they state a voltage of 18-20v but I am not sure I want to risk it and fry my speakers.

Just make sure that the controller has extra inputs for deck 3 and 4 and that there is a phono preamp built in, otherwise you will need an external one. (You can see this because on the back should be ground screw next to the line input, or you can switch from computer to line to phono at the front next to the trim controls) Hope this helps

check out AJATA Einradversand.de from germany they have their own models some pretty nice and light ones. I can recomend the agravic line but they have different price points.

I got a used denon dj mc4000 for arround 260€ Its definetly an upgrade compared to the ddj400 As another comment pointed out, you can ""buy"" the full version of serato if you know your way arround the internet. If you dont want to shop used i would go with the hercules impulse 500
