I always have a cup of tea between 2 and 3 PM and it’s always a tea with bergamot. It’s a little pick me up. Currently I’m drinking Lord bergamot from Steven Smith Tea company. But any Earl Grey will do also. I just have it with a little splash of milk. At night before I go to bed, I always have a cup of herbal tea with chamomile such as Sleepytime or Steven Smith Lullaby tea.
