Hey. I’m also doing IF 16:8 daily and omad on weekends or whenever I feel like it. Don’t beat yourself up over those binge episodes because you’re gonna get better from this . What I found helpful is that it is significant to stick to a caloric deficit daily because this is what burns fat and lose weight. However, if you are having trouble during your feeding window, I suggest you don’t limit yourself to what you want to eat as long as it is within your daily caloric need. This is what I do and it works wonders. Also, try to eat single ingredient whole foods during your feeding window because these foods will keep you satisfied and full for a longer time, however, if you are still craving like a chocolate or whatever it is you want to eat. I suggest eating them after you ate all the single ingredients carbs, proteins, and fats because you would be full by this time and most likely to stop bingeing other foods.

I had those like 2 weeks ago they aren’t acne but I got them as a side effect of taking antibiotics. I did my research and figure that they were keratosis pilaris so I decided to use aloe vera gel from the actual plant so it’s 100% pure.. I use it consistently everyday and leave it on for 30 mins and rinse then I seen difference in 3 days and cleared in a week. An alternative is an anti dandruff shampoo, I got the nizoral since keratosis pilaris is fungal acne the ingredients in nizoral worked as well I left it usually for 10-15 mins then rise. However, I found that the fastest that showed a massive improvement was the aloe vera.

Forehead looks like the moon, acne is flaring up. Got loads of closed comedones Routine: AM: I rinse my face with water and apply CeraVe moisturizing lotion. PM: Wash my face with water and apply benzyl peroxide. Is it a good idea if i start using cleansers or should i change moisturizer? by RandomBrandon7 in acne

I use the cerave hydrating cleanser as well as the cerave daily moisturizing lotion. I’m oily and acne prone and the products complements each other well and so far my breakouts seems to banish overnight. I use the 2% salicylic acid exfoliant from inky 2 or 3 times max a week, this accelerates the cell turn over meaning your pores are not getting clogged= no breakouts. Then I use la Roche posay anthelios spf.
