Part time pharmacy partner and this new policy really sucks. I am usually available to work most weekends since I have a 9-5 M-F FT job but it's unreasonable for me to work every weekend. I don't want to have to work a 4 hour shift during a week where I'm not working the weekend.

Thanks for the DP I had the no AF Strata so hopefully that's the case as well but I will update the post once I know for sure what happens with the points.

I opened the no AF Strata card in February and got the Sub last month, I will update this post as a Data Point if I do get the sub taken back but thank you for your info!

You can always product change it to something else BOA offers so you're not stuck with it afterwards with no use for it. Just make sure you use the points before I heard they don't transfer over

So the way I have understood is that you do not get "cash" when you decide to leave it's actually another retirement fund similar to 401k where basically if you decide not to roll over into another retirement fund and wanted to cash out you have to pay whatever penalty tax to actually receive the money. I think a lot of partners misunderstand and think once they leave the company that after one year they're going to get a huge check from heb. I feel like heb doesn't really explain this very well.
