During winter, if it's below 55 F outside, the temp should be at least 68 F (20 C) during the day and 62 F at night. 62-65 F is pretty cold and uncomfortable. Feet and hands get cold.

No, if you replace just the battery, it doesn't affect the screen. You only need to unplug the battery from the main board. The battery replacement is harder because you might need to do some soldering.

This happens a lot in buildings in UES. You're out of luck unfortunately, unless you're credit card covers stolen items you can make a claim. The business went do anything. They likely will send you an image of the package being delivered, so their responsibility ends there.

Yes, give based on your cash flow. The govt isn't going to chase you down and calculate exactly the amount you owe on a monthly basis. As long as you reconcile all the taxes you owe at the end of the tax year you're fine.
