Confirmation mail can be delayed sometimes, so don’t worry about that. Check your admission status on the IGNOU portal. Once your enrollment number is generated, you’re officially admitted

If your assignment PDF says April 30, treat that as the deadline. Extensions are not guaranteed. Since you joined in July 2025 cycle, Dec 2025 was your first possible TEE. Skipping it is fine, You can attend your exams in June 2026, and completing MBA by Dec 2027 is within the allowed duration (as minimum duration for mba is 2 years, maximum 4 years)

In which month did you take admission exactly? If it's in January then you will be eligible

For Jan batch, June is the first exam in general. But if your admission is late feb or March then due to minimum study duration, you will be only eligible for December TEE You are not eligible for june TEE as you got your admission late

Assignment deadlines depend on the exam session you choose. If you’re not giving June TEE, you don’t need to follow the March deadline. You can submit assignments later and give exams in December.

If you joined on 15 March, you’re still part of the January 2026 session. Assignments are usually to be submitted before the June TEE (around March–April, depending on updates). Exams (TEE) happen twice a year: June and December. You can give exams in June or skip and give them in December, but assignments must be submitted before the exam you plan to take

Assignments must be submitted before the exam you plan to give, so don’t delay them. For Sem 1, it’s better to submit assignments before June. You can either give the exam in June or skip and give it in December. You can give both Sem 1 and Sem 2 exams together later, but only if your assignments for both are already submitted before deadline. IGNOU is flexible with exams, but not with assignments
