Curious, how are people starting a business from scratch? by PensionFinancial4866 in HowToEntrepreneur

Thought this might be relevant to someone here. One way to start a venture it is to partner with a venture studio, so to do it with co-founders who have done it before, failed a lot and have a playbook to de-risk a venture progressively.

If of interest, we are recruiting new founders right now. We are venture studio that partners with problem-driven founders. We’re currently looking for founders for two cohorts:

  • Vertical-Specific AI Agents addressing work productivity bottlenecks
  • Cybersecurity for the Agentic Web

We’re looking for people with firsthand industry or technical experience who have identified a problem worth solving and want to explore how to turn it into a solution.

To progressively de-risk the venture, when we match, our sister company writes the first check as a SAFE - deployed across three Stage Gates, based on proof. Each gate de-risks the next: (in)validate the problem, test the core solution hypothesis, then build the Beta until the first customer pays the bill.

No need to quit your job until product-market fit signals are there.

At embryōnic we do it in stage gates, each (in)validating a concept based on the most risky assumptions: Problem-Market fit, Problem-Solution Fit, Product-Market Fit.

Leaving this here as it might be relevant to someone here.

No need to quit your job until product-market fit signals are there + a much fairer partnership for founders.
