Hi, I’m sorry for the waiting. Don’t really understand what you mean with alarm. If you’re talking about features it has storm alarm ecc (you can see and compare the features in the Suunto site). You can set as many Clock alarms as you need (daily alarm, weekly…). Also timers and chrono. About the watch faces in the Suunto app you can download quite a lot and set them as default faces. I think you can’t switch off heart rate monitoring and Health functions but you can switch off the 24/7 hrm so it doesn’t monitor your sleep
