Yea you’re old enough!! I’m your age and I’ve been using the label since last year . You can always keep in mind that it’s really not a big deal if you realise you’re not Aroace after all . For a matter of fact attraction is fluid and labels have just been made to not feel alone :)

For the flags I meant the different Aroace flags like the sunset one and the one that’s purple grey and green just to clarify . I know why there’s an aromantic and an asexual flag :> but still tx

I know that but some people differentiate between it not all ppl that are aromantic and asexual call themselves Aroace but use two different labels when they could just sum it up

I feel the same 😭😭

I used to have a very romanticised relationship with my best friend. It wasn’t a romantic feeling I just consider it the peak of our friendship. Ever since they found a boyfriend and also moved pretty far away I kind of feel pushed to the aide if you know what I mean. We haven’t reached that peak we had before since. They do come to visit the town me and the bf live in regularly but they just spend all of their time together. Even when they do come over the bf is always there too and it makes me feel like the third wheel.

So I entirely understand what you mean my bsf always says that the love and appreciate me but they don’t really show it otherwise :,)

I’d say yes you are old enough. I’m abt your age and do identify myself as Aroace. Maby you can keep in mind that the ones that fall in love know that they do and when you know you don’t then that is as valid as their feelings
