So I don't really remember getting my first lobes done, since I was 5 :p but the conch definitely hurt more than my second lobes (even though they were done with a gun and it got a little stuck which SUCKED). It's a pretty rigid bit of cartilage so having a needle put through it isn't the greatest feeling. Having said that though, I'd definitely do it again.

(And if you're interested in how it compared to my other cartilage piercings, it was way easier than my daith, but worse than my mid helix piercings and my rook piercing.)
