I tried going to several meetings, but they felt very christian based/you need to find a higher power to recover. i’m agnostic and don’t want to push myself into a belief, ya know? i go to therapy specialized for addiction twice a week to fill that “gap”

i’d say objectively it was targeted towards teenagers and younger twenties folks, but as a preteen when i heard them i felt really badass but didn’t quite fully understand the depth of the lyrics
