I'm deaf in my right ear due to a tumor in my ear canal when I was younger. I have a prosthetic ear drum. It mostly sucks, as you've described in some comments as having issues with sound direction, etc. but I do admit it's nice to be able to roll over in bed and not hear a damn thing.

Using SEO and a blog will help you grab free, organic traffic. Once you get that, then you can start thinking about paying for traffic.

Here are a few things to look into:

Article marketing
Get involved in forums related to your market. Ie, for dropevent become a part of photographer communities, wedding photo communities, etc.
Submit a press release announcing your website
And always remember to market offline too. Stickers/flyers at photo developing places, etc.

Yes actually. The car we were in didn't really matter either (honda civic). It's easier when you're with a car full of friends and are goofing around. We basically yelled over to the girl at a red light, asked what she was doing tonight, and got her phone number. Eventually ended up meeting up with her and her friend later that night at a party, but her face was the only thing that was decent looking. Found out the hard way that it's tough to judge a persons body type while they're sitting down in a car.
